I happened to have just spent $20 on Bounty yesterday from Office Depot, and have not submitted for $5 on that. So now I will combine receipts to get the full $15 off instead of the $5 this alone or that one alone would have gotten me. You can only submit once.
You need to hit $50 after all codes/discounts to get the additional $15 rebate, otherwise it's only $5.
