In this deal for 28-count, you'll get 14 2-packs*111 sqft(1554 sqft) for 40.25 dollars which is close to getting ~38.61 square ft of "Bounty" paper towels per dollar spent.

Costco's package is 898sqft for 14.79 dollars which means you'll get ~60.72 square ft of "Kirkland" paper towels per dollar spent.

I happened to have just spent $20 on Bounty yesterday from Office Depot, and have not submitted for $5 on that. So now I will combine receipts to get the full $15 off instead of the $5 this alone or that one alone would have gotten me. You can only submit once.
You need to hit $50 after all codes/discounts to get the additional $15 rebate, otherwise it's only $5.
