I believe in the Doordash app or website itself you will see the full price but when you look at the purchase through PayPal (recent activity and statement), you will see the $5 discount; you will be charged less by PayPal

No i still do not see it, it is charged the whole amount ! Although after ordering at door dash the wallet does not have the offer now. Is it cashback or straight forward discount ?

You have to make sure to log in to your PayPal account and add the offer to your account. I've tried a similar offer to this and it worked for me. I payed on the Doordash app using my PayPal and on door dash I would see the full price but on my PayPal statement I was charged less. The expiration information for the discount should be on the offer section on PayPal. It might have expired for you since these offers can be targeted or expired if enough people used it.

okay, so in the activity tab in paypal it says the full amount but as you said in the statement it shows the 5$ discount. Thanks for explaining,
