If you want white teeth fast, opt for magic eraser pads not this cavity encouraging paste.

The most "big brain" idea I ever saw was a youtube video that said go to Walmart get a sports mouth guard (like less than $1). Take a pair of scissors and trim the mouth guard so it fits comfortably in your mouth. Once you've sized it to your liking, boil water in a microwave. Put the mouth guard in the boiling water for 30 seconds. Then take it out with tongs and drop it in cold water for 1 to 2 seconds. Then quickly take the mouth guard, put it in your mouth, and bite into it. The plastic is now soft, by biting into it you've now made a custom mouth guard. Basically like those SUPER expensive teeth whitening kits would do.

Buy "Plus White 5 Minue Premier Speed Whitening gel" at Walmart for like $6. Put that Gel into the mouth guard and you've just created a professional teeth whitening kit for under $8. That whitening gel will last you forever too. People pay stupid amounts of money on those teeth whitening strips and this setup will last you so much longer than those strips. You'd probably need like 3 teeth whitening strip boxes ($150+). Just repeat the teeth whitening process over a period of a couple weeks (put the gel in the mouth guard or on your teeth, whatever works better for you, bite down into the mouth guard, let it stay for about 10 minutes). To be honest, the best method that I found to apply the teeth whitening gel was to put it on a cotton swab and look in a mirror and apply it directly to my teeth. Then carefully bite into the mouth guard. That way the gel is contained in the mouth guard. Your mouth's natural reaction is to start drooling when the mouth guard is in your mouth at first.

It is still brushing but fluoride is a neurotoxin so getting too much of it can be very harmful especially for the people with special needs who do not really rinse well and may swallow it instead. The toxin goes through the blood brain barrier and create more damage.

Did you meant to say that half of the world population is brain damaged?

Dental hygienist here….. absolutely do not use magic erasers on your teeth. And making DIY bleaching kits could potentially do more harm than anything. There's a reason custom molded trays are necessary for professional teeth whitening. Use crest white strips (name brand because there's a LOT of gimmicky brands) if you want to achieve a great whitening result. Professional in office is fastest, custom molded trays fast, and OTC strips take the longest.

As far as fluoride vs fluoride free toothpaste, as long as you are brushing thoroughly for 2 minutes each day (don't brush aggressively, use a soft toothbrush or better yet electric toothbrush) you'll be fine. Floss everyday too! Even better to also use a waterpik. Fluoride toothpaste helps fill the gaps between poor hygiene and poor diet (we eat a LOT of sugar and refined food nowadays). Fluoride toothpaste is not necessary. But if you are cavity prone fluoride toothpaste absolutely helps along with brushing/flossing and having a well balanced diet. You do your part at home, no surprises at the dentist.

No use arguing with fluoride-heads, they'll never do the research to actually learn about this chemical and it's powerful neurological effects. Thanks for the deal OP

Experts say that some consumers have a misconception about the safety of fluoride, and this may be a factor in people choosing fluoride-free products.
