I have a nest cam wired. I just looked these up and they have a 2mp sensor compared to the old which was a 3mp sensor. The same with the door bell, the new one coming out has a 1.3MP sensor compared to the old doorbell which is a 3MP. What is google doing to these. I would have expected them to be an upgrade!!

I don't think $9 savings off retail is a deal worth posting. That's probably what Costco is going to sell them for

This is great. I originally pre-ordered the 2-pack from the Google Store at 165 each because I wanted three but didn't need four. I would have waited until later after release for a sale on the remaining one. Thanks for posting.

I have a nest cam wired. I just looked these up and they have a 2mp sensor compared to the old which was a 3mp sensor. The same with the door bell, the new one coming out has a 1.3MP sensor compared to the old doorbell which is a 3MP. What is google doing to these. I would have expected them to be an upgrade!!

With Google storing all our datas via Nest Aware, they want to store less so turning down the specs. Lame!

Or to increase battery life they decided to go lower res to extend battery life.

It's a lame excuse though. Just beef up the battery and call it a day

Does anyone know it these cameras work only with Google Home app? I believe the new Nest thermostat works only with Google Home app. You can still use old thermostats with legacy Nest app. I guess Nest is next in line to be completely messed up by Google.
