I love their scan & go feature. I've had an elderly woman try to warn the employees that I did not pay for my items. I believe they explained it to her, but she gave me the dirtiest look when I waved at her in the parking lot.

Last time I took advantage of this deal I had to go through hoops to get the $45 gift card. Looks like it takes 4 weeks to get the gift card, good luck.

I already have costco exec & BJ's. The deal like this got me signed up for this as well. It was real simple. I went inside the store at customer care and told them about the offer. She signed me up and right there handed me the Sam's gift card. But I think couple of months ago it was $40 sign up & $40 GC. I finished the GC during same day purchases. I liked the scan & go app part. Good for new or other wholesale club members to try.

Maybe you have not tried costco yet. Try & start with BJ's with $20 or $25 for a yr (such several offers keep coming) & see how you can cober the membership fee easily. Bj's had mailed me 2 months ago a free $25 coupon certificate printed in front of their booklet. I just purchased free items for that worth, that too after getting multiple discounts after clipping several coupons.

Sounds pretty tempting. We let our sams membership lapse a while back in favor of costco, but costcos shipping policies are nutty relative to what you pay in membership dues. I like their self checkout lanes and ours has a carwash. Will give them another shot. Thanks OP. Repd.

Well that's reassuring I never got mine but I don't think I've had mine for a month yet.
