I use it to make soup, dessert, short ribs, ox tail, porridge...
My local supermarket sells beef back ribs for like $2/lb. It's a cheap cut and people don't know how to cook them. I can make red wine braised ribs with pressure cooker easily and would taste the same as fine dining restaurant.
Bread maker on the other end is not very useful. it costs more to make and doesn't taste any better than my local bakery.
Instapot saves time. My wife can take out boneless chicken thighs and cook a great chicken noodle soup in less than 30 minutes.
This includes prepping, boiling water for noodles and cooking everything. From freezer to table in less than 30 minutes.
In the past we would have to sit by the range for 2-3 hours.
Beef stew also takes less than 35 minutes from freezer to plate.
Last, I use the leftover broth to make mashed potatoes, no more boiling potatoes in water and taking out their flavor. The next day after soup, I cut up potatoes and just fill the pot enough to cover potatoes with broth then pressure cook for 8 minutes. In less than 20 minutes I have the best mashed potatoes.
And it's only 1 pot clean up.

But I cannot buy another pressure cooker. I have 2 6qt IP already! if I were into sous vide, maybe, but that's not part of my culinary techniques.
