Since there aren't tons of posts in the weekly threads, what do you think of changing to a continuous running thread, like Target and Kroger. This would enable us to read overlapping weeks' deals easier.

Things can stay as they are; or, things can change. If deals improve, if we do change, the weekly threads could return.

Discussions are useful. Walgreen's shopping is certainly not what it was a few years ago.

I'm being nice and polite. I look back and there's a line of at least six people now. He finished and said that he put $5 in my account. Umm alrighty then. I thanked him and walked away amazed. It was pretty painless. I was expecting a hard time.
I did. As LadyD mentioned above, they've gone way downhill. 4 different chat reps, none understood and were quite short. I even asked for a supervisor. My chat ended up going into the clouds, literally. I could type all day long and nothing would show. Then randomly, it would go to a new chat rep. After 4 different reps AND a supervisor who I couldn't even see a response from, I gave up.

"As I stated above, ma'am, paying with rewards points will negate any booster points you expected". Me: "as I stated ma'am, I had over $47 worth of manufacturer's coupons AND it was your store who changed my order to $0.00 out of pocket".......

I can't stand long enough to do in-store. A quick in/out is one thing but to wait in line and then wait for a manager to be called and show up (sometimes3 times), I can't do it. I have to send hubby for those instances, and let's just say it's not his favorite thing to do because he doesn't know anything about couponing, lol". I might just return 3 of things I got that aren't associated with points/rebates and say fuhgettaboutit (well, he'll return)

More shrinkflation. The u-by-kotex 28 ct all nighter pads are $6.99 b1g1-50% online and there is a $4/2 coupon. Really good deal. I was standing in the store and saw they were $9.99. So $6.48 online with pickup or $10.98 in store (both after coupon and no california sales tax). Easy choice. I ordered online for pickup and hoped they'd grab the stuff quick and I'd come in from the parking lot and be on my way. No such luck. Gave up and figured I would pick up tomorrow. Instead I got an email saying out of stock. I was not pleased. I knew I lost my coupon and I knew the items were in store on the shelf. But in store they were 24pk. So in store they were 30% more for 14% smaller box. So the system said out of stock even though that is all they sell now (unless there are old 28pks hiding). CVS had a similar sale recently but their system ignored the fact that the packages shrunk (the ad said 28pk but the ecb printed even with purchase of 24pk).

Shift lead (first time I've seen him but his badge said he's been around since 2012) looked at the shelf and was being messed up doing a fix because of the coupon. So he asked if I would do the order again and he'd adjust. I did. He forgot the coupon. When I mentioned it he felt bad because he was trying to make sure the coupon or amount of coupon came off in the redo. So he asked if he could give me points instead. I'm not moving away from wags-land so that was fine. And he gave me $5 in points instead of 4 which the coupon was for.

I will be filling out the survey and mention the help he provided. Their system needs to account for this madness.

That sucks. Now that you mention it, I do remember having that issue a while back. The last few times I used the chat it was fine. Seems like it can be a crap shoot. Well, the whole Wags situation is a crap shoot. I keep telling my son I wish there was another store this close to us instead. It's only a half mile away so we can walk there. Don't get me wrong, I'll keep shopping there while I still get points and free stuff, haha, but really wish I had elsewhere to go. Gave up on Target and CVS because of all their stupid hoops as well.

Because they can now boot you out of the chat and you don't realize it until you get no response. And many of them are connected to the same call center so they talk to each other about customers. So if you have an issue and one says no, the others are notified so they deny you too. I think they also put notes on customers accounts as well. Like I said, a lot changed since Roz took over and for the worst.

New to Wags and wonder if you could tell me about the $5RR. How do you know which types of Crest qualify? I bought 2 of the 3D tonight with $3 coupons and got the $4 WCR on my receipt, but would have bought 4 if I knew what counted. Also, is there a limit on the $4 WCR on one account as I have more of the $3 coupons. Thanks so much for any help!

The 3D white does not count. Only the Advanced products: prohealth GUM protection and extra whitening count. on sale $3. must buy 4. No limit on WCR but one RR per transaction.

100% this!! Husband went in store and his fave cashier turned the screen around and my account said First Name 'SEE NOTES' Last Name

I chatted and asked why my middle name was SEE NOTES.

CS said "we put that in there to alert other reps about something so they know to look, but I don't see anything current, so I'll take it out for you"

Notes probably said - this lady can be a real PITA

Hope you don't mind if I have another question! I had $19.90 in points, my order came to $17.16 and she told me I could only use $10 in points. Is this true? Also, can you use use more than one RR ($5 from Crest) in one order that comes to more than $10 and can it include more Crest if so? Sorry to be a pain, really trying to learn this.

That was correct.
You can redeem points in increments of $1-$5, $10, $20, and $50 and a max of up to $100 per day.

You can use as many register rewards in your order as you have items that don't have coupons that attach to them since most RR are manufacture coupons.
If your RR says store coupon on the top instead and a funny short bar code on it then it's only 1 per transaction.

You cannot use your Crest RR in an order for more Crest. It will not print the new RR if you do.

LadyD may have a bit more to tell you but here are a few things. Unfortunately, Wags doesn't work like R.A. in terms of redemption. You can only redeem in specific increments: $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10, $20 and $50.

You can use multiple RR to pay for an order but, in the case of the Crest, if you do the same deal again and use RR to pay, you will not earn a new RR. You would still earn the points though. Also, RRs have to have an item to attach to which means you may have to have filler items sometimes. That being said, a complication of using RRs is that sometimes they can attach to the wrong items and prevent some of your digital qs from coming off.
