I tried to look through the product descriptions and supposedly the P1 is newer according to the Amazon Q&A though the "first released" date for this Smart Scale is later than the P1. Some other differences:
- this smart scale is Bluetooth 5.0 vs the P1's Bluetooth 4.2.
- this smart scale has 12 measurements vs the P1's 14 measurements (the P1 includes "body age" and "protein" - whatever those are).
Anyway, both are BIA style so it's not accurate per se but can be helpful in tracking personal trends over time, which is why I purchased it.
Hope this info helps anybody considering this vs the P1.
