I just ordered last week and it came in for the same price(refurbished). It looks good, is pretty quiet compared to other fans, don't get me wrong you still hear it when it's on full speed but substantially less than a lasko on full. Has a much smaller footprint than a pedestal fan and great to have remote and heater too. Best part for me with little fu#@|rs running around is that they don't care about putting their fingers into anything as opposed to me yelling all the time to not put fingers (and other things) in the fan. And you know what, it looks good. It's nice to look at things that look cool. I would'nt pay full price. I'm happy with it and If 160 is acceptable to you, you will be happy too.

I have had food / onion smell in the kitchen which I got rid off by doing the following:
1. Open up windows and turn off any cooling/ pushed air systems while cooking (only works in places/weather where the outside temp is bearable.)
2. Had a cleaning crew pull out all my appliances and clean the back and the floor behind and beneath the appliances (I do this once every 6 months.)
3. Removed the small aluminum grills from the exhaust which had a build up of oil, spice and everything nice. Soaked them under soapy water for 12 hours, cleaned them with warm soapy water. You can do this a couple of times if needed.
4. Cleaned the backsplash / kitchen walls with multipurpose cleaner and/or Me. Clean all purpose sponges.

You may have done some/all of these, but just wanted to put it out there.

I had mine for 3 years, and many including myself experiencing "H2" error message when running it in heater mode, which it just goes high fan mode and can only be turned off by unplugging. No one including Dyson knows how to fix the error. Fan works just fine thou.

Why do you want to get rid of the onion smell in the kitchen!? It's a kitchen, you cook in there, it's normal to smell smoke and cooked food. I never understood why builders do not separate kitchen from the rest of the house...? Then simply open the window in the kitchen room and that will take care of the smell issue.

What is the return policy since not sold by Walmart? How to return it in case any issue? Can I return to Walmart store? Or have to ship back? Do they provide the return label and cover the cost? Just want to make sure since it is a Refurbished item. Thanks.

Yes you can return to Walmart store but in 30 days not 90 days. I purchased from Walmart instead of eBay just because of the easier return, as Dyson stated in eBay store that they only accept return for quality issues so if you get a really beat up one but it works you won't be able to return it.

Good point. Now that I think about it, I'm going to stop trying to clear my bathroom of the shit smell too because that's what I do in there so naturally I would want it to smell like that all the time even when I'm doing other things in there.
