comes with some extra tools.
If you have hardwood or tile, you need to get the absolute as it comes with the soft roller.

Thanks. I have been looking for V10 to go on sale. Not exactly sure about the tools. Will need to learn more.

Any opinions on Dyson model that's good for a 2,700 square foot house with a mix of carpet and tile? Are the cordless models powerful enough or do they lack compared to coded models? Thanks

I bought a refurbished V10 a few months ago (returned it). 900 SQ FT space with high pile carpet and large furniture, so I'd saw about 40% open carpet space.

The battery didn't last to finish the space on lowest setting. Hence the return.

Maybe you could elaborate with a reason why someone should pay more to get a higher end model?

I have the soft roller and don't think it's a must have on my wood and concrete. Often times I prefer the standard head because I think it's better at getting big debris and dog fur.

They are powerful enough but you may lack the battery life. Also you want to make sure you have a "fluffy" roller for tile if you get anything before the v11 (not necessary for the v11, but would still improve hard floor performance)

The soft roller will pick up larger stuff (like cereal that every video review uses) vs the regular head that requires you to maneuver the head back and forth to force the large items through a small gate. This is not necessary with the fluffy roller.

Signed,
someone who bought the v10 absolute, returned after 4 days due to the lid and stick not fitting on the vacuum after emptying (poorly constructed plastic?), then bough an lg a9 kompressor (for more money) because it has more power and more battery life (comes with two batteries that can charge simultaneously and be swapped out in seconds).

Best of luck in your research.
