If you have hardwood or tile, you need to get the absolute as it comes with the soft roller.

The battery didn't last to finish the space on lowest setting. Hence the return.

If you have hardwood or tile, you need to get the absolute as it comes with the soft roller.
I have the soft roller and don't think it's a must have on my wood and concrete. Often times I prefer the standard head because I think it's better at getting big debris and dog fur.
