Deal Instructions
  1. Login to your PayPal account
  2. Under the tabs, select the 'Deals' section
  3. In the carousel offers, scroll to the right until you see the 'Get 10% Off $50+ when you pay w/ PayPal' Target offer and click on the 'Save Offer' link
  4. Proceed to shop at Target website with items of $50 or more
  5. At checkout, proceed to pay with your PayPal payment only (must select as payment method)
  6. You'll receive an email via PayPal regarding your order and the discount applied to your order
    • Note, order will show up in your PayPal summary page but the discount may not be shown correctly

Select Paypal accounts might have Get 10% off your next $50+ purchase at Target, on the Deals page. Max discount $50.
Offer ends by 9/1 and/or certain redemption's..
  • Log into Paypal account
  • Click on Deals at the top of the page
  • Check the offers (as they scroll by)..
  • Click on Target offer and Save Offer (to Wallet)
  • Click Shop Now to go to Target webpage
  • Shop at Target and select Paypal payment method at checkout
  • The 10% discount should show on your Paypal page at checkout, prior to submitting order.
  • To confirm the discount, look at the corresponding payment method (e.g. credit card account, if used to pay) to see the discount. Paypal activity summary does not show the discount for some reason.

Just tried on Target gift cards and it worked...

You can't use two different payment methods for the same purchase. 10% off is exactly what PayPal is offering so you really didn't use red card at all for this payment.

you are posting the paypal discount applied image .. could you post the Target receipt image which shows the redcard discount with a paypal payment .. in my experience its impossible as Target reccalculates and excludes redcard discount as soon as you change method of payment and they are real good at it

Yes, but Target included the Redcard discount before transferring the total to Paypal. Else it would have been $212.something less 10%.

So I guess the total changed back to $211.99 before applying the 10% Paypal discount. Missed that on the final receipt. I just chatted with customer service and showed them the same image I previously posted, and they refunded me the difference as a gift card.

So I guess it doesn't work -- the checkout is misleading though.

Logged into my account, went to deals and... nothing. Specifically searched for "Target" and found 2 essentially useless deals, hit the back button to the main deals page and what is waiting for me right at the top of the page? This 10% off $50 purchase with Paypal deal....

I had to scroll through the ads on the top of the "Deals" page. It wasn't listed separately on the bottom. Keep hitting one of the arrows until it pages through to the Target one.
