About this store:
Free online returns for orders placed on puma.com within 45 days of purchase. You may return your PUMA products in their original, unused condition for a full refund.
If they won't offer free shipping via chat, just order two pairs (sometimes 11.5 fits my foot better than 12) and a filler item.
Returns are free and relatively effortless, you just need to swing by one of the shipping providers listed on the sales receipt.
Terrible Customer Service, Takes 2+ weeks to ship products, Shoes are narrow and painful.
I had a great customer service experience last time. My FedEx person didn't follow my delivery instructions and my shoe order was stolen. Called support, then sent another order. I was shocked as it was 2 pairs of shoes.
just picked up 2 pair of the club; those are classic and never go out of style. only time you see those under 30 are for those strange sizes. most times they go for 40-50 bucks. and as someone did say, pumas do tend to run a bit narrow.
Apparently I am not human and as such cannot order from Puma. When I click on any of the offers I am presented with a captcha asking me to PRESS and HOLD which I can do for an eternity and still not be verified as human and place my order.
I suspect this has something to do with my ad blocker (U-Block Origin) and it wants me to disable it before I can proceed with giving them my money. I have not had this happen with any other vendors on this Slickdeals or anywhere - just Puma.
I guess I could whitelist Puma on the ad blocker, but do I really want any of these Puma products?

I just placed an order 8/22 and it shipped 8/25 with their free shipping method. I also had an issue with a defect in another pair of shoes I ordered previously from another retailer, they ended up giving me a voucher in their store to buy a new pair. Their customer service beats Adidas who I found to be absolutely awful.

I suggest looking at the materials of the shoe instead of looking for the cheapest models for best results.
