If they won't offer free shipping via chat, just order two pairs (sometimes 11.5 fits my foot better than 12) and a filler item.
Returns are free and relatively effortless, you just need to swing by one of the shipping providers listed on the sales receipt.

I had a great customer service experience last time. My FedEx person didn't follow my delivery instructions and my shoe order was stolen. Called support, then sent another order. I was shocked as it was 2 pairs of shoes.

Low quality shoes and ugly
just picked up 2 pair of the club; those are classic and never go out of style. only time you see those under 30 are for those strange sizes. most times they go for 40-50 bucks. and as someone did say, pumas do tend to run a bit narrow.
I suspect this has something to do with my ad blocker (U-Block Origin) and it wants me to disable it before I can proceed with giving them my money. I have not had this happen with any other vendors on this Slickdeals or anywhere - just Puma.
I guess I could whitelist Puma on the ad blocker, but do I really want any of these Puma products?
