I was thinking maybe for an RV where you don't want to heat up the indoors or have to use the powder needed to run the microwave or convection oven.

This seems really cool but I just can't figure out the use case for it.
Maybe in an off-the-grid cabin scenario?

wow, that's a really cool looking appliance. If I had a good place to put it, I might buy it. Looks like it may be a little bulky for hiking out into the woods, but firing up an oven/stovetop anywhere would be slick, indeed.

Haven't tried to bake any desserts, so exact temperature control hasn't been a concern, but it heats up quickly and is great for keeping multiple trays of food warm after heating on the cooktop. We use the 1/4 sheet aluminum trays and they fit perfectly. We hook it up to a 20lb propane tank with the available adapter so I can't really judge how efficient it is if you plan on using the smaller canisters.

I have this installed in a skoolie (well insulated mounting spot, it's actually pretty common in vans), it's fantastic. The oven is not a simple set and forget like your house, but is relatively controllable. The stove is solid. Ours is plumbed to a bigger tank, it's pretty efficient with propane.

It'd be pretty big to haul around camping, but for our use it's rad.

We have one of these in our Camper Van. It works great. It is connected to a 20 lb propane tank. It is big so if you wanted to take it camping it would for sure only be for car camping.
