I've had this one for about a year now, replacing the circle-version that best buy also sells.
Very easy to use, I appreciate the extra shape with the square insert (the round always made it awkward to fill properly and meant overlapping or leaving empty spots.
The double-insert (it has a "grease catch" bottom with a non-stick tray with holes that pops out when you press the red button). To me, this has always made it super easy to use. I never tried one of the single-insert ones, so I can't compare, but after the last insignia (Circle) I knew I wanted it here. Might be a case of me not knowing what I'm missing, but it was one of the things I looked for when buying this one.
Price is good but keep in mind this tends to be a very common price.
One other benefit is that Insignia products have a 12 month warranty.. Not a big deal normally, but it means you can bring it into any Best buy and get a swap with a brand new one right on the spot within 12 months if anything goes wrong. Keep that in mind if you were thinking of buying the extended warranty (which will cover you into the 2nd year, but not needed during the first)

I've had this for about a year also. Used 7-10 times per week and still wonderful. I highly recommend this one!
The screws on the basket casing come loose and the nuts that hold them are inexplicably behind the front panel that you basically have to rip off. I've had to pull the whole front off numerous times to fix loose or missing screws.
My recommendation would be to buy the ninja air fryer. I bought many before that and they either starting rusting, burning pieces, or just broke. The ninja I have is lasting 2 year now strong. It's on sale for 50 bucks alot.
