The 65" A1 OLED is $1599 . What does the C1 offer for $300 more?

wondering that myself for XBX. From rtings.

The LG A1 OLED and the LG C1 OLED deliver very similar picture quality but differ in the extra features available. The C1 is a better gaming TV, with 4 HDMI 2.1 ports, support for variable refresh rate technology (VRR), and a 120Hz refresh rate. For movie lovers, the C1 is also a slightly better choice, as it can remove judder from any source, and it has an optional Black Frame Insertion feature to help reduce persistence blur.

Biggest difference that I am aware of is the lack of 4k@120 on the A1. Probably a significant difference if you want to game on it.

Shipping is thru FragilePAK and is atrocious. I have mine delivered yesterday on Aug 26 and my order was placed July 4th. TV and deal is great but if you can't pick up in person don't order if you need it before Thanksgiving

In addition to the lack of gaming features, the recent review from Digital Trends states the peak and average brightness of the A1 is less than the C1 in both SDR and HDR (Peak HDR: 500 nits vs 750 nits). The processor is an Alpha 7 vs the 9 in the C1. The reviewer stated slightly better SDR upscaling on the C1 and you can see in other videos navigating menus is a bit snappier on the C1.

I can see the C1 getting better update support and won't feel as sluggish over time.

Ordered in mid June. Received mid July. Sounds like fragilepak has just the one driver doing all the deliveries.

I just purchased this TV from Costco the other day. It is more expensive but they throw in the extended warranty (normally $99.99) free. Also if you have a Costco Citi card the normal warrant is doubled. It totals 7 year warranty when all said and done for $2099.99 before taxes. Dealing with the warranty at Costco has been a much better experience than other companies.

Bought a b17 here in 2017. It is now failing with the heat problem that causes a yellow/green color splotch in the middle of the screen. LG won't do anything about it. I'd like to buy a new one but with coverage that will last longer than 3 years.. where do you buy it for a good warranty? This place doesn't offer anything extended.
I upgraded my B7 to a Sony A80J from Costco. With the costco card and included all state warranty it came out to 7yrs of warranty coverage.

But you might want to try again with LG. Im hearing they are doing one time panel replacements for out of warranty tv's as a courtesy.

This sucks for those who didn't serve.
You can get it through Green Toe for about $50-$100 more. No tax, no shipping costs there either

I got this TV at Costco for $2097 with a 5-year warranty. The image quality is stellar. I also have a new Samsung and Sony at home. I prefer my LG. The only situation where I wouldn't recommend it is if your TV will be getting direct sunlight. Other than that, no issues. I have it in my living room where there are no curtains. No light hits the TV directly and it looks great.
