DRAM-less and SATA, this price is about right. Normally I'd suggest holding out for a PCI 3 NVMe drive with DRAM for ~$10-15 more but the pickings have been slim lately. YMMV but this will probably be a very decent drive for a low budget setup and you want to have a little more legroom for storage.

Mind you, the lack of DRAM will hasten wear and speeds will suffer a bit.

EDIT: it shows up as $95 now. It aaaabsolutely isn't worth anything north of $85 without a sale.
