perksatwork [perksatwork.com].

- NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3060 Laptop GPU, 6GB GDDR6, maximum graphics power 130W

***Note the 4+ months delivery estimate***
The delivery window is terrible, but it can't be helped for these custom builds. They only charge when the order ships. I guess you can always place the order and cancel if a better deal comes up on Black Friday.
The
AMD versions of the Legion 7 [lenovo.com], the
Legion 5 Pro AMD [lenovo.com] and the
Legion 5i Pro [lenovo.com] are also on sale, but not nearly as good a deal.
This may be a slightly worse deal when compared to the previous
frontpage deal with the AMD Legion 5 Pro. Maybe a tossup depending on your preferences.
Cons:
- 16GB vs 32GB RAM ($110 per Lenovo)
- 512GB vs 1TB SSD ($70 per Lenovo)
- RTX 3060 vs RTX 3070 ($240 per Lenovo)
Pros:
- Legion 7 has a better chassis / cooling than Legion 5 Pro (usually ~$300 more than 5 Pro)
- Intel offers PCIe 4 and Thunderbolt
- $140-170 cheaper

It's I sure? 😂
I'm sure it's been mentioned in other threads but anyone know if they charge at time of order??
Edit: slight step down on processor with the Lenovo . 11800h vs 11900h but it has a MUX switch so it'll run faster in cpu bound games if you're going straight to the dedicated gpu...workaround on the Asus is a USB to HDMI solution which is limited to 4k60fps, or resolution + hz combos within that bandwidth. The Lenovo boasts HDMI 2.1 which is another future proofing advantage but it's not like you can run all that many games at 4k and high refresh with a 3060 unless you want to output eSports titles to a large external monitor

i also did the legion 7i with 3070 for about $1650. so $180 more and is that worth it???
have military discount but not sure if i can use it on mobile website via perks at work. i'm set on a 3070 but maybe i should strongly consider a 3060 for my use case? 8gb is the new minimum ram now a days isn't it. 3060 only has 6gb.
also i'm thinking in 4 months before this ships… black friday deals will be around and this still wouldn't have shipped
