I got one for video call for my kids and my parents. It's nice and easy to use for them. The speaker and music apps are a plus.

Also it looks like this is the first generation unit from 2018. I didn't know they had made two portals. the regular portal and portal plus. i thought the portal plus was a newer version.
Theres only 2 voice assistants so far Portal and Alexa.Alexa is matured enough.portal is limited.
anyway bought a couple to try out. maybe like the jellyfin clients like someone said.
