Lowes had a closeout on some 6 inch knotted DeWalt, but for these smaller ones, this is a better deal.

I agree, that HF set has worked well for me before. Recently used the twisted cup on 3x 40' steel "I" beams. Held up, and shed wires the same as more expensive cup brushes. Stay under the listed RPM and they work fine. If you can use one of the items in the kit, the rest are ok toolbox filler anyway.

I use the narrow ones for in corners such as angle iron, I beams, etc. that saves the cup ones for the flats. If badly rusted, I hit first with a grinding wheel or course flap disc to knock most off. Every tool has it's purpose.

I'm amazed enough people exist to still use these a 2nd time.

They realllllly need to come up with a less dangerous version. I used to use these, but bought a Restorer, and it's one tool I can't believe I ever lived without. It at least make flatter areas safer.
