I'm a long time customer/app user and got this to work. Here's what I can offer:

1) You must be using the Amazon APP, can't be on your desktop/web browser/etc.

2) Must be $25 or more of stuff sold by Amazon.com specifically (look on the right side for "Sold by" and "Shipped by")

I'm a long time customer/app user and got this to work. Here's what I can offer:

1) You must be using the Amazon APP, can't be on your desktop/web browser/etc.

2) Must be $25 or more of stuff sold by Amazon.com specifically (look on the right side for "Sold by" and "Shipped by")

I did that and it worked, you just have to checkout with the app. The $15 off instantly loaded in the cart, no code necessary. I'm not sure how long/where we go for the next $15 off. I'll keep my eyes on this thread and post if I receive any more info.
