Tested it to see if it applies on orders over $25 sold and shipped by AMZN and surprisingly it did, and FYI, ive already redeemed this in the past like others have noted.
"Sorry, but you are not eligible for this offer"
But then below that it says:
"Congratulations! You have unlocked $15 coupon for your first purchase in the Amazon App*"
Went ahead and clicked on "Add Coupon" and it worked for $15 off!

I went through this link on the App, got a " not eligible " but underneath that it let me claim.
I have a sold and shipped by amazon in my account and it is giving me -$15.
