It is correct to note that this is a microfigure-scale set though. I'd point people to a YouTube review if they want to get a good sense of what they'll get for their money e.g.:

Zavvi was originally Virgin Megastores, but was purchased and rebranded as part of that deal since Richard Branson didn't want third parties using the "Virgin" brand.

They used to have "Zavvi entertainment" stores in Europe similar to GameStop, but the 07/08 global recession kills their physical stores leaving only their web-store.

Then the online part was purchased by The Hut Group who own a bunch of e-commerce websites. So they're pretty legit, just not really a well known brand in the US as opposed to the UK and Ireland where they are 10+ years old.

They are legit when it comes to legos- and are known on SD for having sales of the higher end sets. Have bought a couple sets from them.
Just note that as they are UK based, so there might be a slight difference in the box art as you may get the UK/EU version- main difference it they do not list the number of pieces and a few other descriptors- here is an example.

Oh wow. That's actually really lame. I never realized the scale of this thing. I guess we'll stick to the other HP one off Leto sets as they are not the same scale as this one.

They already do- in way. All the separate sets (grandhall, potion making class, etc) from 2018-2021 can be combined to form one large hogwarts, but it'll cost you a lot more than $340:

It also doesn't look nearly as good vertically. Horizontally pretty good, but the towers are just too short.
