I ordered the 4x6 framed magnet and the photo quality is great (I'm a photographer and provided a quality file).

Be sure the photo you upload is at the 4x6 size - 1200 x 1800 pixels at 300dpi (dots per inch). The size and dpi is the essential key here. Do not submit a photo at 72dpi or it will be very pixelated. Use a photo editing program to render the copy to 1200 x 1800 pixels at 300dpi that you're going to submit.
