anyone on the fence
this 2020 is HELL of a phone
had it since last year, got it UL via flea bay has been a beast
my past phones have been Pixels, and iPhones, latest one being 12 Pro but I still find myself reaching out for this for routine everyday mundane 'phone' tasks.
and it DOES have a Turbo charge option ,
i have also used it to charge my iPhone via USBC to lightning cable
Only DB is that it is not a GREAT camera phone, its GOOD camera but not great
rest everything you throw at it, it will handle it without breaking a sweat, and after a days full of email, media, mp3, netflix, twitter and SD, you will see that the battery is still 74%
the 2021 MGP is inferior - do NOT buy that anywhere
cannot comment on TF service
I will say that we have a Moto G Power 2020, and it has been great for us... It's more than sufficient for my needs. I do have to run an app killer to close out apps sometimes, so that there's enough RAM for the radio program I use... But that's the only "complaint" I really have, and it's moreso an issue with Android itself

All carrier locked phones have locked bootloaders that you can't unlock. Unfortunately. And moto will only update the phone for 18 months.
Edit: Not saying this phone is bad. It is actually a very good hardware for the price. But I would personally recommend low end Samsung devices to most people simply for their update policy.
Nice phone/price but I already have a Moto G7 Power something from HSN last year. Only use it as emergency/backup phone. The same 1500 Min/Text/Data plan runs out tomorrow when I can have it unlocked. But buying min/txt/data from Tracfone is expensive if you want it for one year. Maybe my math is wrong but seems picking up another $49 phone from HSN is cheaper than a full reload by itself. Or double the price and treat myself to the Moto G Power listed here. Damn Decisions.
Something I did notice on the HSN website specs was Mode: CDMA. Don't think that's correct but might be better to check.

Is this really that much better of a phone?
