Typically it does, if it's the same level of subscription. As in total to total or family to family. IIRC, but this was 2 yrs ago.
Or you can chat with the customer support and they do conversions.

Only if they are the same. Currently I have the 15 devices subscription which means I can not stack. But the price is pretty good.

Does time on this subscription start ticking right away? Or can you wait to download and install it later?

I have Norton right now, with 4 months left. I'm tired of the popup push marketing from Norton (no way to turn it off), and BitDefender gets a little higher ratings, so I'm planning on switching. Since Norton spun off from Symantec, I'm not as confident in it going forward.

Norton was Norton before it was purchased from Symantec. It may actually be better now and have less bloatware. I haven't tested it in a long time though.

True. It's not from Peter Norton anymore. I prefer Malwarebytes Premium combined with Defender and two browser plug-ins. No perfect answer though. All software is a huge gamble. Today's useful plug-in is tomorrow's spyware.

Norton is Trash. Bitdefender is 10x better. Norton is a CPU hog and is not as effective as Bitdefender.

I purchased this 2yr and extended it on my current subscription.
