I would start with an DO, then maybe an ortho specialist. One who favors holistic approaches over surgical. Then talk to them about your sleep habits—whether you're a side sleeper, stomach sleeper, or back sleeper. Even the height of your head pillow or adding body pillow. I was fortunate to alleviate my issues by enhancing my sleep. But know that not all doctors are created equal. Many simply want to prescribe you pills or cut you open.
My pain was so severe I could barely stand to go to the bathroom in the mornings. Now, I feel zero pain.

I ordered Sealy Posturepedic Spring Bloom 12" Medium Mattress Set on July 2nd. It is nearly Sep and I am still waiting for it. They called and told me the delay, covid thing, manufacturer inability, blablabla, and postpone my order the day before the expected arrival date. It has happened three times. If you are urgent, DO NOT BUY ON MACY.
Those department stores seem to be all having these huge delays. If I had bought my Casper Original Hybrid mattress from Macys they were saying 3-4 weeks for delivery. I wasn't willing to wait that long.
I need mattresses for two teens. Is it worth getting two of these? $800 for two mattresses, spring boxes, free delivery, and removal seems like a deal. When does the sale end? May have to make a trip down to Macy's to check it out
What's the return policy on these mattresses? And, just like everyone is asking here: what would be a good ~firm (in between medium and firm) queen mattress to get? I've been eyeing mattresses at Costco too but not sure which one to purchase.. I know it's usually a personal preference but there's just too many to go through.. Haha
I got the Queen novaform comfort grande plus as it was reviewed as a 7/10 in firmness scale which was really good, later I got a king size for the master bedroom which has been an ordeal, already returned two due to uneven expansion, saggy spots etc... The third replacement is being delivered today. If you are looking to buy firm/med firm try the 14" beauty rest, it is on sale at costco right now.
Been looking for firm. This is not firm for those wondering. I'd say it's a 6 for the firmness level. I ordered a firm novaform from Costco 2 days ago for $599
fellas, which mattress is good for back pain, been looking around and not sure which one is best? Thanks
Depends on how heavy you are... I am 270 so I need a firm mattress so that the springs dont sag after a while... look for how many coils the bed has and the gauge of the springs... I just dropped $900 on one of the Macy's firm mattresses which had 1083 coils and rated for a heavy guy like me... hope that helps
