I manage a large Amazon seller and we did a small research project on this very topic. It's typically fly-by-night sellers looking to make a quick buck.

In our analysis, we found 100% of the companies with gibberish names:
-have a company name around 6 characters (whatever the minimum is allowed by Amazon)
-were less than 2 years old
-are based in China
-almost exclusively sell on Amazon
-*heavily* use black hat techniques and strategies

You can bet if a company doesn't bother to put a moment of thought into their brand name, they aren't putting much thought or care into the products themselves. Every ounce of motivation about making as much money as they can before Amazons enforcement teams catch them (with either product quality complains, or for black hat tactics), and shut them down. And when that happens, 3 more pop up to take their place.
But how can you be sure it's a genuine AQwzh ?
Yes the world needs a $70 thermometer

Excellent thermometer. Picked this up when it was ~$2 I believe.

edit: that was the one in the pic, this appears to be different once you go to the product page.

I want one but I can't justify the price. Maybe I'll add it to the Christmas list.

I'm convinced these companies that are random letters aren't even run by people. It's AI or a computer program or script that Shopify or something sells that will create a company, link a drop shipper, advertise thru Amazon, exist for a year, get sales, close doors.

Noticed the guide lists medium rare (beef) at 145 and medium at 160. Needless to say I would not recommend going by this guide.

I don't know, maybe because you have no idea if it's even remotely accurate?
