Home Depot has a GE 22 pint dehumidifier for $109 (normally $159, save 31%). In my area, ComEd has a $50 rebate for Energy Star dehumidifiers, so my net would be $59

I bought the larger Toshiba model that I also posted in another post because this GE one is not really sized for my basement. Also, tank capacity is very tiny on this, but you can connect a drain hose to a floor drain (or a sink if you have the dehumidifier higher than the sink), etc.

***NOTE*** You can find out if you qualify for ANY Energy Star rebates WHERE YOU LIVE by plugging your zip code in the Energy Star rebate finder at https://www.energystar.gov/produc...umidifiers

The larger Toshiba model I found that I wound up purchasing (also a decent deal) can be found here. https://slickdeals.net/f/15253048-toshiba-50-pt-most-efficient-dehumidifier-179-reg-229-as-low-as-129-w-energy-star-rebate-ymmv?v=1&src=SiteSearch

Bought this a couple of weeks ago for 109 - had to do an order pickup at the store.

The unit shuts off when full (if not using a drain hose) and then beeps for a short while to notify you. Unit also has an indicator that says empty that blinks to remind you about the bin.

FWIW-They are two different models & two different sizes, both good deals if you can use the particular size. If you need the one size, buying the other size isn't terribly useful.

Thank you. Home Depot didn't mention the auto-shutoff, which I found weird. I corrected the listing by removing the comment questioning if it had one.

FWIW- I threw in the zip 85032, which is a Phoenix area zip & Brickseek shows none in the area. However, when I go to the link and throw that zip code to ship to, they still say free shipping and the same price as in the Chicago area.

So, you might want to check if they will ship free to you if you are interested.
