I got these last year at $129 before tax - excellent sound quality and clear calls - use them for work meetings and folks hear me loud and clear!
Subjectively, these are also the most comfortable ones from the many I've tried and returned (galaxy buds plus, galaxy buds live, Bose sport earbuds, jabras)
Couple of things to note -
Pros
Has equalizer within app
Wide codec support
USB-C charging
Usable touch controls
Solid connection
Cons
No multipoint, but switching devices has been pretty easy with app. (The product page does say multipoint is available, but I've had trouble with this and I stuck to using the app for this)
No transparency mode, won't recommend for biking/running therefore
No ANC (but good noise isolation)
No IP or IPX rating of any kind (thanks @GimmeYoTots)

CX came out less than 2 months ago. It has better features like you can use each ear bud independently, also comes with IPX rating, 2 hours longer battery life at 9 hours, and CX has better bass control than the 400BT with more woomp.
Thus I love CX for my workout with more enjoyable sound with water proof which CX 400BT is lacking.

Sennheiser Outlet Official has only 67% positive ratings on Amazon. Always lookup seller reviews on Amazon.
The Sennheiser CX 400BT have a very balanced/flat sound out of the box. App has an equalizer, but even with bass jacked all the way up, these are not heavy on the bass. So, if bass is your thing, these might not be for you. I have Jabras for working out and these for everything else.
