For the vacuum itself, great navigation except in the dark - it gets lost. Been using it for 3 mths now. It does not pick up everything but save me time using a hand vac. There are some reports of it scratching the floor. Check out youtube video - https://youtu.be/eNctk-ANQhM for a review if you are planning to use it on hardwood floors. My floors are not so new so not much as an issue.
FYI - it does scratch my furniture & baseboard. Noticed the marks after a month of use. I have put several small felt pads all around bumper & that has solved the issue.
The robot vacuum runs every alternate day & I clean up all the rollers, side brush & bin with water & brush on the weekends. I do not have pets. I replace the canister bag every other week.
Would I buy this again - NO. Too much money for a badly designed product.
