Yes, the latter. It showed 200.00 on the main page but checking out it was 300.

I doubt it, I don't know, people on slick deals trash tvs and laptops etc, I see them in person and they look nice. I must have low expectations but I can't really tell a different from the grades of tiers of screens for most part.

just returned this laptop, crappy screen MSI swap screen from gl75 to their premium msi GE series, so disappointed

Of note, it has a 1080p webcam (most are 720p), Wi-Fi 6E, and 2.5Gb LAN. It also seems to have HDMI 2.1, as it supports 4k @ 120Hz & 8K @ 60 output.

Personally, it seems great for the price (& Costco warranty) except for the 45% NTSC display. That probably won't bother most people, but it does me. To each their own, however.

if you are a Costco Visa card holder, you get a 4 year warranty and 4% back. Not a bad perk!

Solid deal. Only complaint is the screen isn't 1440p at this size. But excellent specs otherwise for the price.

Many people got it for 1199 which makes it even more killer, but they fixed that pricing error. I managed to get customer service to match that 1199 and add 50 for a coupon I had. 1250 out the door.

my very first gaming laptop, I don't have room for a desktop, I have iMac occupying my desk for work/day trading. this is just going to be my windows desk replacement.

is this equivalent to a medium end desktop? hope it can play games for another 4-5 years
