I added the offer to my PayPal account. I received an email confirming the offer was added.
I purchased a $50 plastic WalMart gift card with free mail delivery. I used my Discover card for 5% back. Both PayPal and my Discover card show a $40 charge.
WalMart did not allow me to choose PayPal as payment for an eGift card which is why I chose plastic.

Paypal's offer did not work anymore after cancellation. Just like the previous TGT offer. What to do now?
On top of hte Castrol, there is still a Mobil 1 rebate going until 9/30
Customer Service essentially said that Walmart does not allow using PayPal for electronic-delivery items (such as egift cards).
