how is this a deal when a seemingly identical mattress is $130 less on WayFair (for a King)? https://www.wayfair.com/bed-bath/...d=39134775

And this similar model BeautyRest BR800 $150 less at MattressFirm https://www.mattressfirm.com/beau...lsrc=aw.ds

I weight 200lb. Bought the twin size version from last sale on June 10th. Here are my impressions:

*Firmness is around 5.
*Lack of support in the middle.
*4 sides are surprisingly firm making the middle sunk even more.
*comes in compressed and vacuumed in a box.
*No way to return.

If you find it too soft for your liking, and happen to stuck with this mattress, try flip it upsidedown to sleep on mattress bottom that is firm.

Wayfair deal seems comparable, the other seems like a completely different mattress.

Probably okay for a child under 50 pounds, given the comments.

Bought the queen version of this mattress when it was on sale for the same price around a year ago and here are my thoughts.

It's decent. I weight around 160 and it doesn't sink in too much but I already had to turn it once because the side I sleep on was sinking too much.

Agreed with some other comments that the middle is a little too soft so I mostly sleep on the edge since it's still a soft but firm.

I got one to and I love it. I'd say it's firm not very firm. Seems subjective but in general others also rate it as firm.

Where did you find $250 12" Queen size mattress on Amazon? All I can find is $250 8" Queen size ones... anything above 8" costs more.

We've been through three of the nicer version of these (Philipsburg III plush top or similar) and they do NOT last. A year in there are major depressions and the firmness is gone exactly where you need it most. Fine for a guest room or something but do not recommend as your primary bed.

we have been very happy with Simmons, these newer hybrids with coils are the way to go if you are looking for a medium firm mattress.

If the "deals" are posted by a mod or staff, you can bet your bottom dollar they're getting an affiliate fee (commission). And if you really look at the real deals, they're seldom if ever posted by staff or a mod. The members are the ones that comes up with the better deals. SD does not have your best interest at heart. And don't forget, SD is owned by Goldman Sachs. That should tell you something.

Loved my Phillipsburg II. had it for 5 years no issues... got a br900 or something June 15th and my gf side is completely sunk in and i weigh 75lb more than her... such BS. Have to pay a restock/return fee to wayfair soon. I think I'll try the costco novaform

I've figured out the the mattress game. I'm 6 ft 2 and 230. If you have pressure points or get up sore, buy firm!!! Put your money into your mattress topper. Trust me. A zinus topper makes a medium firm/firm mattress very pleasant and soreness free.

Not sure what you're talking about version wise but I don't think it's the same mattress. This is great for a person's primary bed with no problems noted. It's been on sale here numerous times with tons of buyers reporting that it's a great mattress.
