Zavvi [zavvi.com] has
LEGO Creator Expert Fiat 500 Baby Blue Exclusive Limited Edition Collectible Model (77942) for
$89.99 plus $4.99 Flat Rate Shipping.
Zavvi lists the MSRP at $103.99. The MSRP for the original yellow Fiat 500 (10271) is $89.99, so that is probably a more "realistic" MSRP for this set.
This set was only supposed to be available in the UK with limited availability and the US Zavvi site is currently the only official retailer selling the set here in the US. More info on the set can be found here:

It's already sold out on the lego uk website. I'm sure this is gonna go quick too, grab it while you can.
Edit: Not sold out but you can only add to cart with a UK lego.com account.

Ah it's because I was still logged in from the NA website. Logged out and I see it in stock now.

What transparency issues?
So some of the yellow sets had QC issues where all yellow pieces didn't match properly and because it's a lighter yellow you could sometimes see through some of the pieces. And since lots of people use light kits it was more noticeable. I would say the color mismatch is probably the biggest issue. Mine has it slightly but not enough to where it mattered to me. LEGO will replace if you ask though.
Fair, but reality is usually somewhere in between. GBP75 would commonly equate to about $90-$95 for most everyday consumer products if something is sold in both markets. That's the problem with straight exchange rates and having to consider things like VAT embedded in the UK price (or conversely, sales tax added to the US!)
