Add offer(s) and make individual $100 payment(s) to existing booking(s) to maximize savings.
I don't think this is possible. "Offer valid one time only." I understand that you will get the offer once.

Carnival previously and likely still allows you to split payment on multiple cards if you have the offer and several Chase cards. I don't on any of my 5.
Yes, they definitely do. I split my payment to put just $100 on my Chase card with the offer.

The price of cruise is over $1000 when I included tips, $35 back is barely 3.5% if final is exactly $1k, and not sure the cc rule I may lost any travel insurance that was provided by cc, even the hottest chase Sapphire preferred got 3% back for the whole amount including some travel insurance, I guess it depends if it worth it

A discount's a discount. If you're not going on a weeklong cruise and maybe a mini getaway (or if you got a 5+ day cruise on a decent ship cheap like I just came back from), the discount is still money you can put aside for more drinks, souvenirs, or tips really.

Even if you spent it on a $200 gift card (is this confirmed to work on GCs?), it's still even better than Newegg's usual $185 for $200 gift card deals.
