Must SHIP and SOLD by AMAZON.

I try Anker and it did not work but tried something else ship and sold by Amazon and it worked on both American Express and Master Card.

Weird... I applied the coupon and it seemed like it went through and said it was applied but the discount wasn't reflected. I still have the $15 first app promo in the cart so wondering if that's messing things up.
