several years back we put up about 5 wind chimes when the neighbors killer dog wouldnt STFU. they could listen to our wind chimes all night (their bedroom was 10 feet away) since we had to listen to their damn dog.

I've had two terrible neighbors who were both a public nuisance, one had barking dogs and the other had wind-chimes. Was that you?

possibly, but a siriously doubt it.

i just woke up the other day and the neighbor on the other side was trying to run a utility line with a trench dug on my property. NOPE!

A renter two houses down started a workout studio in a garage. He blasts horrible rap and electronic hip-hop. So many people today never learned how to live in harmony with their neighbors.

I do already have some wind chimes up.. a neighbor gave them to me instead of flowers when my father passed in Jan. Every time I hear them I think of my dad Smilie
