Never spent more than $5 on a fillet knife. Usually catch and release. Plus this is $5 knife steel

My favorite fillet knife is this inexpensive Chicago Cutlery model. Razor sharp and extremely easy to keep it that way. No sheath but well worth the $23.00 price:
