I'd just buy an used laptop retired from corporate. Just got x1 carbon for less than 200 on ebay and much better spec and built quality
Used computers may not meet the minimum requirements for Windows 11. Also, probably won't have the latest versions of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc. and won't have USB-C ports built-in.

For $150? U serious? Does it need to run Crysis at FHD, too? Not that this thing is worth the asking price (half that, sure), but c'mon. You don't need to worry about Win11 the moment it comes out, either - Win10 will still be supported for at least four years.
It might appeal to some due to (according to the product page) a backlit keyboard (rare at this price) and NO webcam so you can't be (visually) spied on. Also has the increasingly rare embedded numeric keypad.

For a bit less if you do not mind 768p 11" not 14" you could get one with the label of the company that most likely made this.
