Just got the S5 Max last Slickdeal. Love it. It's great as we use it primarily for vacuuming, and it's been really impressive. Have only used the mopping feature once and it's....alright. The mopping is pretty much just dragging a damp cloth. Read the reviews for sure, and know what your getting before you buy. For my use case it's fantastic.

I do believe the S7 has superior mopping capabilities. Also has the ability to buy the add-on self emptying dust bin. The S5 Max will not have the ability to use the self emptying dust bin.

S5 Max is better. Return the S6 pure. S5 Max has a better mop function and electronic water control.

Tempting. Just closed on a new home that's all tile downstairs so I feel like something like this would be awesome hahaha. I had a scooba a long time ago but barely used it because we had tile in our kitchen and it was a small space. Not even sure why I bought it outside of the cool factor of it. Or maybe it was a bundle deal via sd/fw lol

I really want the S6 Max due to the additional obstacle avoidance. It sounds very useful to me since my kids leave crap everywhere. This deal is very tempting though. Anyone have experience in how this one does avoiding shoes and random toys?

I just bought the S6 Pure a few days ago and I need it for a mop bot. Should I return it and get something else? Its still in the amazon box but I don't even want to open it if it sucks. taking price out of the equation, whats the best mop bot out there?
