With the iPhone you can press and hold on the image in Safari and it will let you open the link.

Open the App. Then tap on Scan. Then tap Upload Offer. Then center the QR code in the box. That should add it to your offers.

Wendys has stepped up their breakfast game considerably and I'd say they're right at the top.

I use to think the Mcgriddle was the holy grail of breakfast sandwiches but I think Wendy's beats them all day
