I hope this works! I scanned this off a coupon flier and it works, so I'm uploading the QR code here.

then upload offer , scan code I've shared below and it should take, create an offer for free bkfast sand/w any purchase to 9/30

Worked for me. I had to scan it with Google Lens (not from within Wendy's app).

If you have no Upload Offer in the Wendy's app like me, then here is instruction to scan QR code on your phone:

Once I scanned it, and click the link. I entered my email that I used for the Wendy's app, and then the offer appeared in the app afterward. Cheers!
