Did you cook with metal utensils on highest heat and always wash it in the dishwasher or something?! Never heard of a pan losing nonstick in one month!

Also, these open box items are usually old/damaged pans from customers abusing the return policy. Buy at your own risk and expect to return it!

I own two smaller sizes of these pans, and they have held up nicely. Just follow simple rules: don't use metal utensils; pre-heat before using; wipe off with paper towels after using; wash with warm water and put away.

Try Granistine, it's more durable while still affordable. Project Farm did a video on it.

I have the same pan but 12" and I've been using it since 2020 and it's still going strong. Get an IR thermometer to watch your temps to keep the pan under 400 degrees, don't use metal utensils or clean with anything other than blue sponges and it will last a really long time.

I would never ever ever buy a used nonstick anything. The nonstick is always a limited lifespan. Used is for sure not the way to go.

Blue sponges because those are generally the ones that are safe for nonstick. The double sided ones with a scrubber on the other side.

Probably should have called them blue scrubbers.

These have rounded bottoms so not good for electric stoves. I have 10" and 12" and they just don't sit flat in the glass.

I use non-binary sponges, they don't see color or genderπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ and are just called a sponge.
