If only the forum was called "Trying To Mitigate Suffering Real Pain". Then I might agree with you. Otherwise the post seems pretty OT.

Finally use my offer this morning. It was ok for free. I certainly wouldn't pay for it.

OMG, I really hope you're kidding. That's not at all how physiology works. And even if you're joking, there are LOTS of people nowadays who will believe this. The fat that accumulates in your body is adipose tissue and is a byproduct of eating more calories than your body can burn. The fat that's in foods is entirely different and does not get stored inside your body. It's a macronutrient and gets processed just like protein, carbs, and alcohol.

Can we please stop with the misinformation?
I am not sure it matters what your analysis is. If turkey tails are your primary source of protein, you will die of heart disease.

Wait, so if I eat my maintenance calories in fried unhealthy foods, vs healthy foods, it won't affect my arteries differently?? U sure about that or did I misunderstand

Yes, that is mostly correct because there is no such thing as "healthy" or "unhealthy" foods. Every food has a different amount of calories and different nutrients, but nothing is "bad" per se. I'm not saying there's no difference whatsoever, but not very much if you're not going over your calories. You can look up something called the Twinkie Diet to learn more, but the gist is that the guy who did it improved all his health markers while eating all "bad" foods.
