Amazon is selling the Flexi Hose Lightweight Expandable Garden Hose for $24.99 for 50' or $32.99 for 100'. This is slightly cheaper than the last FP deal from Feb. I'm not sure how reliable this hose is going to be long term, but I decided to give it a try based on overall favorable reviews (Fakespot adjusted rating is still 4.5 star).

There is also a green version offered in 50', 75', and 100' with a spray nozzle for the same price or slightly more depending on length.

Thanks for the post!

We have had the 50 ft one for 1.5 years and it looks and works pretty much the same as we first got it. Ordering another 100 ft one.

Unlike regular hose, this one turns almost rope like when water is drained. Very easy for to store.

I've had several similar hoses and they burst or wear through near the end far too quickly. They're only slightly more expensive, but I highly recommend instead the type that's got the rubber core inside a metal cladding. Still only weighs a few pounds - a small fraction of old fashioned hoses - doesn't harm plants when you drag it over them, doesn't degrade in sunlight, and so far none of mine have burst or leaked. Even a 50' one weights only a few pounds. I'll never again buy one without the metal cladding.

No way this thing holds up in 115 degree AZ. Prob just melt like the previous attempts here.

Anyone know any different or of one that might last for more than a year in the heat?

I thought the SD rule is to buy it with the warranty as it will bust
