Is the older version just without AI and human ID? Can you just get this one now, with the hub unit, and add the newer single cams later?
Good timing though OP, I just installed a Eufy 1080p wired doorbell cam and a WiFi deadbolt last night. I need cams outside ASAP (crackhead brother back in town), and I have been shopping for these cams all week; going to buy something this weekend.

Comparing with 2C, seems this 2 only has one big advantage is battery life. Not sure if worth the extra $55 for the upgrade

F it. I ordered, for shipping to me, instead of store pickup. None in stock any stores around me. I am pretty happy with the Eufy I installed last night, all went together and setup very smooth and easy. App is good to go so far.

I returned all my Eufy stuff, no external storage until the next homebase is released, potentially next year. Seems like the company has a history of empty promises when it comes to new products

I've got the Eufy Wi-Fi touch wired doorbell, a camera, 2 of their vacuums and 3 smart plugs. All work great in their apps and with Alexa.
