Not OP, but there is generally very poor science (or none) that backs up a lot of their claims. Additionally, the majority of people I have met in my life who are all about homeopathy are quacks and nut jobs. Then you have people like Steve Jobs who try to cure cancer with homeopathic remedies instead of chemotherapy. Darwin awards for all of them!

Arnica is an herb proven to heal bruises and swelling faster when applied topically. But I've never heard of it being ingested for that despite products like these.
