well, technically 4 1-gallon milk jugs fit in a milk crate that is about 1ft cubed. so, if should be able to hold about 12 1-gallon milk jugs.

I wish I knew where to find various sized wire baskets for my upright freezer. That's the one issue i have. Things falling out. Don't know if there are people out there who have come up with unique solutions.

We already have a freezer that's probably 8 cubic feet in the garage. Is it possible to also plug in a 3 cubic foot freezer to the same outlet? We used to have a mini fridge/dorm fridge out there on the same outlet with no problem.

does it build up frost over time? I bought one thompson model from Sam's Club, it frost every month and need to defrost by shutting everything down, looking for auto defrost freezers, any suggestions?

The 1.1 cuft must be a typo, everywhere else says 3.0 cu ft. The real advantage IMO is that the AK is sold by Walmart and the other is sold by a 3rd party. Any problem with the AK it can go back to your local WM.

that is a very good point. and i have problems with Walmart purchases quite often. I prefer amazon but sometimes Walmart price is just better. With that said, I might go ahead and buy on Amazon b/c their return policy is extremely easy to deal with. thank you.
