I don't know if they've changed their shipping lately, but they ship keyboards in their own box with no outer box and the only padding is a small piece of foam above the board itself. The box is well designed so the board shouldn't be moving much, but it is a repeated problem and it is not the shipping service, it is the packing. Maybe getting them refurbished is a better bet at getting something with a bit more attention to detail but definitely inspect it closely if you do order.
They didn't even try to pack it back nicely. When I contacted customer support, they said we can't help you. We won't bother shipping out another one, because we cannot guarantee you get a new one.
What kind of BS is that when their listing clearly indicate they are "new"?
I tried to get help from another person only to be harassed by the previous guy that said, he will close all my tickets, because there is nothing they can do to help me. Needless to say, I'm shipping it back. Never ordering from these crooks again.

It does say they are pre production models or something like that with noisy stabilizers. I went ahead and got it anyways because I've been looking for something with linears and outside the stabilizer issue these are supposed to have a really good build quality. Also no RGB which is a plus for me. Stabilizers can be lubed up to take care of the issue for the most part.
I'll report back if I like it. Thanks for posting.

I have two ENTR (one of each style of switch), and I really like them, and I put custom keycaps on one of them, but the switches aren't hot-swappable. The ALT's keys are hot-swappable.
In case people want to know about them… the ENTR are drop-branded, and the Gateron yellows have a nicer sound and a nice, linear feel to them that is satisfying for gaming, but take a bit of practice to get used to typing with them. I find I get less errors when typing out essays if I use the Halo Trues, which are tactile switches, and mine had a bit of "ping" to it. The Halo Trues feel like they need a little heavier pressure and make a bit more noise than the Brown switches I have on my gaming keypad… actually, that keypad has my favorite feeling switches 😅 The white backlight shines through the key legends and is quite practical when your working in the dark (it happens!) and you want to set your fingers on the home keys, or find the right function button combo. I use mine on a Mac… works fine, but there are no keycap legends for the Mac shortcuts like volume up or screen brightness, so you've got to explore a bit to find all the functions (hint, the volume controls are on the first group of F keys on the left, but the brightness controls are near the end on the right), or you can just set custom actions in MacOS settings to match the stock Apple Magic Keyboard layout.
Overall, my wife still prefers the ($99 when sold separately) Apple Magic keyboard over both of these, as there is less travel and there is a bit of "pop" to press past right at the top of key travel, and it is quieter than a true mechanical keyboard. Understandable, but I find myself gravitating to the ENTR with Gateron Yellow switches. I like the feeling, it's just like I'm energetically bouncing off a bunch of springs and getting way more work done than I actually am 😅
I kinda want to get an ALT just so I can play with some Brown switches and maybe some "silent" switches, plus desk space is a premium so a slightly narrower keyboard gives me just a bit more comfortable breathing room between more mouse room to roam and a desktop amplifier for headphones on my left.
I'm not in a super rush to buy the ALT (and that Kickstarter one with Bluetooth and a kickstand/case looks interesting… but it's a Kickstarter, with bad English in the trailer to boot, which makes me feel like it is a bit less professional and a bit more of a gamble), but the refurbs until now we're $140, and it looks as though they're finally selling out of their last ones.

They do offer a TKL board as well which is hot swappable but it's currently out of stock. The fact that this one is extremely water resistant impressed me even more. I worried about the software but it is minimalistic while offering far more options I considered a newer company capable of. This one is $56 with the promotional coupon which it's had for quite a while for this specific one but it's their top model featuring waterproofing/optical switches. The only thing I worry about for the Pulsar keyboards is that their keyboard cables are not easily replaced and are more flexible than the dozens I own or have owned. All that said, I replaced it with a Blackwidow V3 Pro for versatility among all of my devices as the Blackwidow offers Bluetooth, 2.4, and wired. The Blackwidow is serving me well so far except I'm getting doubles ~20% of the time on the 0 keypad key.
